Delete your account
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in (email, or the Google account link) and your profile.
- Every character: sheets, gear, quests, snapshots, achievements and session summaries.
- All conversations with your companion, on every device.
- Portraits and any generated images.
- Your subscription and coin balance records. Payment records stay with Stripe as the law requires; we keep none of your card details.
Deletion is permanent. Everything above disappears from the apps, the website and the Hall at once; a private backup is kept for 30 days in case the request was a mistake, then erases itself. After that, nothing is kept except an anonymous record that a deletion happened.
How to delete it
- Sign in at ai-exodus.com/companion/account.
- At the bottom of the page, choose Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, and it is done. If you have a subscription running, cancel it first (the page shows you where): deleting the account does not stop the payments by itself.
Cannot sign in any more? Send an email to contact@ai-exodus.com with the subject Delete my WoW AI Companion account, from the email address you signed up with (for Google sign-in, that is your Google address). We confirm by replying to that address, then delete the account. The same address restores an account deleted by mistake, within the 30 days.
Want to remove only some characters? Sign in at ai-exodus.com/companion/account, open the character and choose delete. That removes the character, its conversations and its portrait right away.
