Terms of Service
By using AI Exodus you agree to these terms. They explain how the service works, what's expected of you, and what happens when things go wrong.
1. Who can use AI Exodus
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must use a real, verifiable email.
- One account per person.
- You must comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
2. Your AI twin
Your AI twin is generated from data you provide. You own the personality data you contribute. We host and operate the twin on your behalf as part of the service. You can delete your twin at any time.
- You may not train a twin to impersonate someone else.
- You may not extract or scrape twin model data.
- You may not use AI Exodus to harass, defraud, or harm other users.
3. Acceptable use
Don't:
- Use the service to harass, threaten, or abuse anyone.
- Use it for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Submit content that infringes someone else's rights.
- Try to extract real-world contact details of other users without their consent.
- Pretend to be someone you're not.
4. Content and conversations
You retain ownership of content you create. By using the service, you grant AI Exodus a limited license to host, process, and display your content as needed to operate the service. We do not claim ownership of your personality data.
5. Subscriptions, refunds, billing
Core features are free. Premium features may be offered as paid subscriptions. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Refund policies follow the platform you subscribed through (Stripe / App Store / Google Play). Contact us if there's a problem.
6. Account termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to other users. We'll usually warn you first unless the violation is severe.
7. Disclaimers
AI Exodus provides the service "as is." AI twins are software, not people, and may produce errors or unexpected behavior. We don't guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to finding a romantic partner.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, AI Exodus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify AI Exodus from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we'll notify you via email or in-app. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Paris, unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
